Local community won't let disorder define Reno

As spectacularly disappointing as last night’s riots were, when the sun came Sunday morning it was a day to be proud; as a community comes together to right a wrong.


Gusty winds this today will decrease。 Temperatures bounce back to average tomorrow and Monday。 A slow warming trend is in sight through Thursday with chances for showers and a few thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening。 A stronger storm system entering the west coast late in the week is expected to bring more winds, cooler temperatures and chances for showers by next weekend。 -Mary Jane


Attorney General Aaron Ford brought together leaders from around the state to discuss George Floyd's death and the protests happening across the country.



Community members and local officials banded together early Sunday, and were seen painting over graffiti, and boarding up buildings that had windows smashed in overnight.
