COVID-19 UPDATES: 86 new COVID-19 cases statewide in Nevada

Nevada now has 621 confirmed COVID-19 cases. It reported 535 on Thursday night.


A weak, fast-moving storm system will bring a return of light rain and mountain snow over the weekend. While overall precipitation amounts will be on the lighter side, be prepared for possible road controls. The jet stream will retreat to our north for a few days early next week, allowing temperatures to warm back above average. Another unsettled period is possible by the end of the week. -Jeff
